Lyra, also known as Aerial Hoop, is an amazing apparatus that will bring out your inner child. Lyra is a beautiful apparatus that is accessible to people of all sizes and ages.
At this time, lyra training is only offered via Private Lessons, but the apparatus is open for practice time during any Open Gym or Open Pole session.
Flexy Shoulders, Flexy Splits, and Flexy Backbends are all-levels flexibility classes suited for those looking to make solid improvements in their flexibility, mobility, and range of motion. While this class is suitable for advanced benders, it is designed to guide you through the foundations of flexibility to help you reach all your bendy goals in the safest and most effective ways. For those who have been working on flexibility and contortion, advanced options will be given to help you continue with your progress.
Our current Youth Pole and Youth Circus programs are private programs for those between the ages of 10-16 who already have a foundation in aerial arts. In some of these programs, the youths will be training alongside adults.
Our previously offered all-level CircusKids program is currently on hiatus.
