Acro

With its origins in Acro-Yoga, this activity over time has evolved by drawing influence from various movement arts and acrobatic practices, and combines casual partner acrobatics with healing therapeutics. When words like "acrobatic" get thrown into our workouts, it's only natural to think "there's no way I can do something like that!" Be not afraid, Acro is designed to bring people in, not keep them out. Acro is shockingly diverse in what you can do and how you do it. There is functionally no barrier to entry and there is always a progression in reach, yet there is a limitless supply of "the next thing". Join us for a workshop, or pop into one of our Circus Hangout classes to give it a try!.

Lyra, also known as Aerial Hoop, is an amazing apparatus that will bring out your inner child. Lyra is a beautiful apparatus that is accessible to people of all sizes and ages. Book a private lesson with us or try Lyra out in one of our Circus Hangout classes.

Flexibility and Contortion

Circus Kids is a fun way to keep your kids happy and active. Our classes focus on kids circus pole, tumbling and balance, and junior contortion. Whether your kid is experienced in circus already or just wants a fun new way to stay active, this class is for them!

Examples of a regular class: we will warm up and begin with balance and tumbling work, like handstands, forward rolls, cartwheels. etc. Then we will move onto pole and aerial work, teaching your kids how to climb an aerial apparatus safely. New tricks will be learned ad practiced each week. We will finish class with flexibility training, with modifications for kiddos at all levels of bendy-ness.

(ages 6-16, but contact us if you have a younger kiddo that you think you’ll be suitable for this class)

Flexy Fundamentals and Flexy Friday are all-levels flexibility classes suited for those looking to make solid improvements in their flexibility, mobility, and range of motion. While this class is suitable for advanced benders, it is designed to guide you through the foundations of flexibility to help you reach all your bendy goals in the safest and most effective ways. For those who have been working on flexibility and contortion, advanced options will be given to help you continue with your progress.
