Pole Fit

Pole fit is so much fun and an amazing and challenging upper body and core workout and is more challenging that what you might think! You build confidence, strength and friendships through pole fit all while getting fit! What better way to workout? Get started today!

What is the best way to learn pole? Sign up for our four week intro to pole workshop. Register HERE and click ‘INTRO TO POLE’. Workshops are offered Tuesday nights at 7:30 and 8:30 pm and Friday nights at 5:30 pm.  It is $50 for all four weeks.

Or- join a Pole class on Monday and Saturdays! Pole Fit is for participants who want to work on basic moves, who are new to pole fit or have recently completed the ‘Intro to Pole Fit Workshop’ You can drop in for a single class ($17) or use your punch card or membership just like with any other class. This class is performed in a private, comfortable environment, capped at 10 participants per class.
