We are beyond excited to bring you with us tonight to experience the hard work and dedication that the folks here have put into their performances. The past few months have felt electric as everyone has been pouring sweat and creativity into the pieces of art that will be displayed here this evening. Before we begin, let's go over a bit of Pole Show etiquette:

The Kabaretts include Abby (@aerialist_next_door), AJ, Carla, Kelli, and Sierra (@circe.mercy). Sierra would like to thank her performers for joining her first group piece as choreographer!

Hi I’m Momma Cass! I’ve been poling for 2 years and have been obsessed since my first 4 week intro. For me, I do pole for ME. I’m not good but it brings me joy and that’s more than enough for me. We truly have the best community!

Your Awkward Pole Dancer has been poling at Body of Bloomington for three and a half years, stepping up her training in the last ten months. She just finished her first year of her PhD program in History at UIUC where she researches sex work and sex workers. She wants to remind you that sex work is work goddamn it and we would not be here without their labor.

Fish has been attending classes at Body of Bloomington for a year, and they absolutely love how much stronger this art form has made them! They want to thank their instructors and friends here at Body of Bloomington, as well as their mom for encouraging them to begin this journey <3

Whitney has been part of the Body of Bloomington community for the past five years and has been teaching for the last year and a half. She loves handstands, pop music, and helping students build confidence through movement. Whitney teaches both pole and fitness classes at the studio and would love to see you in class or work with you in a private session!

Stephanie began her pole dancing journey at Body of Bloomington and can now be found shaking ass with Pole Factory in Milwaukee. A former theater kid, Stephanie enjoys using every performance as a way to tell a story.

AJ and her pole journey has been one of, "oh snap, I didn't know my body could do that," but also, "what the heck, Body? why can't you do that!?!"
Pole is a journey that I have been on for almost 3-ish years and as I find my way, I am thankful that I haven't stopped exploring what I can do with this art.

Pope Tornado Syren, first of her name, was chosen by the Lord to lead the Church of Catholicism 2.0 into a bright new era of live, laugh, loving.

Hi! I’m your friendly Aerialist Next Door! I've been in the aerial/pole industry for almost a decade now and it was love at first spin. I cannot wait to share my art with you tonight and I hope it inspires you to go out and try something new. Who knows! You may just find your passion!

Trader Joe has been pole-ing for 2 years. She embodies a style of dance that she likes to describe as "raunchy and marginally off-putting". This is her fifth performance, and though she would prefer to spend all her time dancing, she unfortunately has to dedicate time to the other important things in life: ragebaiting her cats and plotting against her enemies.

Pink Lemonade Cowboy has been poling at Body of Bloomington for around 9 years. While she primarily enjoys performing in studio shows and putting energy into creating for her classes, Pink Lemonade Cowboy did bring home Bronze in the Heels 3 category at the Memorial Pole Championship March 2026.

The Final Goofs made their duo debut in March at their first competition! The Goofs are comprised of two theatre kids who will do anything to commit to the bit. Swole Goblin and Circe Mercy have both been doing pole since 2023.
Kelli has been attending pole classes at Body of Bloomington for about 10 years.

Ellie has been pole dancing for four years and enjoys performing in shows and competions.

Atomic has been poling for nearly 12 years and has owned this studio since 2020. She’s old as fuck, on her period, and is growing an alien out of her left kneecap. Bask in her glory.
