Howdy! My name is Kyli. I’m the owner of Body, and I’ve always wanted to run away and join the circus. When I walked into my first pole class in 2014, I got that chance. I’d tried every other sport from soccer to roller derby looking for my perfect fit, but until I found Pole, nothing clicked. Teaching classes is my passion, but in my off time I love to hang out with my husband and our fur babies, do missions work through my church, play at the gym, and read comic books and fantasy novels. I fully enjoy being a weirdo. Come and join me for a deliciously fun workout that will make you appreciate all the magical things your body can do for you.

Hi! I’m Tara Braucht, founder of Body of Bloomington. I have taken ballet classes since I could walk and after taking ballet, jazz, modern (and pretty much anything dance related I could take) throughout high school and college, I thought I had left my love of dance and fitness for the corporate world. After a few years at a desk, I realized my dream of opening up a completely different type of fitness studio specializing in barre, yoga, and hot yoga, pole fit and a completely different mix of different exercise classes to make fitness fun for everyone. I am so proud to have opened this facility over 6 years ago with the love and support of my family and friends and I hope you will love it as much as I do! If there is anything I can ever do to improve your experience, or if you have any feedback or suggestions, feel free to talk with me anytime! I want coming to Body to be the best part of your day! I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years and am a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance and am currently working on completing my 500 hour certification. I look forward to guiding you in the perfect yoga class for you- bring awareness to your body and breath through out your practice if it is your first or 500th time on your yoga mat. I have also taken specialized yoga certifications in prenatal, chakra balance, arm balance training and restorative yoga. I am also an AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) certified group fitness instructor, Pilates and prenatal Pilates accredited, certified PiYo instructor.
Hi! My name is Alison Correll. I took my first Pole class in November 2013, when the studio opened. After that first class I fell in love with Pole and have never looked back! Through the years I have learned so many different tricks, tips, and dances, and have gained so much strength and confidence! I love seeing new people try Pole, fall in love with it, and gain confidence in themselves as they progress. So come join me in Intro to Pole and get your journey started. Any time I’m not at the studio, I’m enjoying time with family and friends.
Hey there! My name’s Emily Reeder. I’ve been dancing ever since I could walk. My experience spans from ballet, tap, modern and jazz- I was even a Dance Performance Minor at ISU. After I graduated and entered the corporate world, I realized how much I missed my passion for dance and teaching. Until I took my first pole class! Finally I'd found a workout that I actually looked forward to doing and slowly learned to appreciate my body for what it could do. I take pride in making all students feel comfortable and find new confidence in themselves- just like my pole instructors did for me. I love coaching to the individual and seeing #PoleGoals achieved! Hi, I’m Chelsea Catt! I have three loves when it comes to working out: Yoga, Animal Flow, and Pole Fit. I believe that working out should be fun and that the most important thing is to show up on the days when you don’t want to. Even if you don’t give 100% that day, you will keep your routine going, and big changes come from tiny habits. I can’t wait to see you in the studio.

Hi, everyone, my name is Stephanie, one of the new group fitness instructors at Body of Bloomington. I started my fitness journey early in high school and it lead me to pursue a bachelor’s degree of Exercise Science at Illinois State University. During the beginning of the pandemic I was let go from my internship at Hilton Head Health on Hilton Head Island due to a reduction in staff and decided to take the opportunity to continue my education. I am currently finishing up my master’s degree of Exercise Physiology. I have been a group fitness instructor for 5 going on 6 years now and have taught a variety of formats. My main motivation for instructing is the people that I have the opportunity of meeting in group fitness classes that allow me to be a part of their fitness journey. We all come from different walks of life, experience different stressors throughout our day, and yet have the ability to put all that aside for a 30 – 60 minute class at Body of Bloomington. I too started as a student at Body and was immediately attracted to the positive and welcoming atmosphere that the studio held. This influence made me want nothing more than to come back again and again until I eventually applied to become an instructor. I am beyond excited to start teaching classes at Body of Bloomington and cannot wait to meet all of you and become a part of your fitness routine. 😊
Hello everyone, my name is Amelia. I have loved dance for as long as I can remember. As an adult, I found it hard to keep my love of dance and movement going until I found Pole Fitness. I fell in love with pole, and the way I got to challenge myself and play. Finding strength and confidence in myself with each class, I want to share this joy with you. Pole gives people the chance to play and learn. I look forward to meeting each and every one of you who comes to class.
